Unlike others..i never had a beef with Keith. All i know is that he has been one of two (2) who has bumped heads with the Director. As i understand it, the director targeted him for removal.This is where it gets interesting. There is no precedent that the director can cause a director to be removed. If the complaints he pressed were legitimate member concerns then he should have been subject to recall. ( i understand that he was, earlier) However, that being said, IF the director initiated the hearings for his removal..it was wrong. That is NOT in his duties as executive director. Removal of a council member has two modes of operation. Council action and recall/referendum. If the director did initiate proceedings then he had to do them as a tribal member. That means going thru the recall process. He did not. What this means in the end is that the director may have given Keith grounds for reinstatement. Sounds like the degree of carelessness is getting way out of hand. Not to mention outright disregard for our Tribe's laws and constitution. Stupidity in the name/cause of expediency..damn..
Just heard he ain't gonna resign..won't give in to the Ex. Director. irregardless how anyone may feel 'bout Keith,..at least he got it right on this issue..
The Gaming Commission needs to have their computers taken from them and I bet any amount of money they will find sexual harassing material in them. If your gonna go after one individual for these reasons why not go after individuals that sit in these High Executive Positions. Remember! when the Commissioners send this type of material, it is stamped with our Meskwaki Gaming Commission logo..Right Larry?
Keith has always had a problem with his self control. Just because you haven't had any problems with him doesn't mean that he hasn't been out there harrassing others. In fact, at the hearings, there was overwhelming proof that he in fact has sexually harrassed tribal employees - and more than one. If that is the kind of person you want on your council, and obviously you do - then you must sleep in the same sort of bed that he does. What does that say about you? Says you are just as much of a pervert as he was proven to be. Larry would have been shirking his responsibilities to the tribal employees by NOT looking into this - reguardless of what you think his other motives were. Even if Larry was looking for a way to ditch Keith, Keith just opened himself up and provided all the evidence that anyone needed to prove he didn't deserve to be on our council. Now I know you are truly a bunch of sick puppies.

What you lack is a working knowledge of the tribal documents that govern how we conduct tribal business. Some of us are merely stating that these rules/guidelines were and are not being followed. To offer juvenile name-calling as a response to inteligent discourse really does not work.
Larry did shrink his responsibilities to tribal employees when he swept craig's explicity email under the rug, which came from gaming commission computers and were sent to him from mark buffalo who also sent it from gaming commission computers
it seems that larry is obsessed with keith for some wierd reason. it was said that when larry had his oral arguments in his suit against the tribal council (yup he's suing the council for losing his job) him and his lawyer blamed it all on keith...he wasn't even a council member when larry lost his job....obsession
