These signs were put up on the settlement but were later torn down

TRIBE HAS $177,000,000 +

TRIBE HAS $177+ MILLION

  1. I've seen the figures and the tribe has sufficient capital to carry everyone’s per cap for a couple years by then the economy will change for the better.

A change is needed on tribal council. Vote this October 2009. 4 seats are up.

  2. I agree with Troy..you voters are the only ones who can turn this whole b.s. thing around. Find some good guys..or women..and put them in a majority governing body. Get rid of the pnes who have through their own belligerant behavior caused all this crap. Imagine an unresponsive council and a (1/2 member) executive director not answering open and direct questions. There is no need for that kind of institutional arrogance. Not at any time in this tribe. Oh and yeah..one more little item..when the tribe voted and passed the referendum to overturn the council's action on the per cap.. it means that the money due the members, is all-inclusive to the date(s)of the actions taken by the council. Like retroactive..since the actions lowering the per cap NEVER HAPPENED. That is what the referendum really did..
