You know rabbit, i been asking the same thing myself for a little while now. I used to have a good relationship with several staff members..but then all of a sudden..bam! They stopped answering ph.calls, emails, and never replied to any questions at all. This includes several council members and the director himself. Ram used to always let me know what was happening. It was about last Aug. or so that all was shut down. Only thing i could figure was that SOMEONE had SOMETHING to hide. We'll see. There is never any need for secrecy. Maybe discretion has it's place, but outright secrecy as is taking place now means there is something wrong going on. Yeah, i hope a new council in place will remember that. I think the bottom line is a general loss of character in our tribal government. People let pride get the better of them and they start thinking they know what is best for everyone. AND that the people have no need to know..cuz "WE/I know what is best." It all needs to end SOON..Thanx for running this blog so's we can have a place to let our views be known. I hope others read and share..mahalo
There is nothing to hide. Maybe they just all got sick and tired of all your worthless bitching. You make alot of noise but nothing filters through that sounds like anything but complaining and solutions that only help YOU, not the entire tribe. There are others out there that count too and it was time to stop wasting time listening to all the worthless crap.
